The challenge that I did this month was the Bella Muse, this challenge is one that we do every month where there is an image provided to us to use on a project.

Maddie and Mason

Just wanted to share with everyone a few of the newer lay outs that I have done of my sweet gand children Maddie and Mason.
They are the joy of my life and I love to do lay outs of them. One day when they get older and Grandma has these all in albums for them (ONE OF THESE DAYS) they will look back and totally appreciate the memories that I cherish of them growing up.

This is my take on our Tres Chic Challenge over at Bella Creations, using alot of the embellishments from the kit.

There were so many things to play with in this kit, Fabric, ribbon, little metal sewing charms, dress form cut outs, sewing die cuts, a zipper, pins, flowers, glitter, clothes pins, and some sewing pattern, its just completely packed full of goodies. Here is a lay out that I did using the kit.

Bella Creations Reveal

We have something new this month--an ephemera kit, "Bella Beach House".

We had so much fun working with this cute little kit that Lacee put together over at Bella Creations. 

Lots of fun beach stuff to play with and what better time to get this beautiful embellishment kit then towards the end of summer after you have taken lots of summer pictures of beaches and pools and vacation spots. Not only is there alot of goodies here to play with to make pages or a mini album, but you can make some awesome altered art as well. 

So with that being said here is a couple of projects that I have made using this kit.

Sorry I have been away from the bloggin world for most of the summer. I took a little time off, and now I'm back and trying to get back into the groove of things, and finding my mojo and creativity.
First of all let me just say that these projects that I am posting right now are from July's challenges over at BELLA CREATIONS. I know it's the end of the month and I am just now posting them, but better late then never. We will be having 3 more brand new challenges that will be revealed on the 5th, but in the mean time you should check out the site (HERE) and also the blog (HERE) for some fabulous inspiration as well as kits that are on sale right now.

This is my July Bella Muse project. We are given an image every month to work with and this one is this cute little ballerinia.

This is my Trec Chic challenge where were are given a certain style of scrapping to try along with different embellishsments to use on our project.

This is the Unique challenge that is a different technique that we try to do every month. This technique was to use a handmade stick pin on your project.

Hi everyone, for those of you popping in here to visit me, I just wanted to let you all know that I will be taking some time off for a little while and spending some much needed time with my family. I hope to be back in the next couple of months. So with that being said, thanks for stopping by!

Bella Creations DT reveal

Bella Creations challenges for the month of February are being revealed today. Im so excited to be a part of the DT because I love the challenges that we all come up with.

So challenge #1 is the Tres Chic Challenge. We do this challenge every month and its based off of different styles. This month we did a vintage style with the colors navy blue, cream and white.

This challenge is being sponsorsed by Scraps of Darkness

Challenge #2 is the Bella Muse Challenge and this is a challenge that we provide an image for and as that you make something with the image.

Challenge #3 which we just added this month is Bella unique. This challenge will be based on different techniques that we want our members to try. The technique this month is black and white and color. In my example I printed two pictures out, one in black and white and the other in color. I hand cut some of the color off of the photo and then pop dotted it to the black and white photo. There are all kinds of different ways to do this with stamping etc.

And this challenge is being sponsored by Flying Unicorn

Couple of challenges over at Bella Creations

Here are a couple of challenges that we have going on in our groups over at Bella Creations

The first one is a tag that I did for the OH LA LA group and the images was provided to us to make a tag with.
The second is a card that I did for trhe card group.

We are so excited, things moved pretty fast. Our fearless leader Lacee opened Bella Creations and it took off running. As a DT member, I have helped spread the word, and we made a special badge for the first 100 founding members. Congrats to everyone that received one.......
